Job Summary

Program Manager, responsible for managing complex client projects in a full-time remote capacity, ensuring timely survey launches and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines to ensure on-time survey launch, completion, and reporting
• Build and maintain relationships with client contacts while advising on account changes
• Lead project kickoff calls and track response rates to maximize data collection

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare, quality improvement, or project management
• Understanding of challenges within healthcare and member experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage large, strategic client projects
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly higher-level Excel skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required
