Job Summary

Program Manager, a full-time position responsible for managing partner relationships, guiding successful program implementations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate partner relationships and drive successful program implementation and growth
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on program milestones and deliverables
• Communicate technical requirements to partners and train external stakeholders on data interpretation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; PMP certification is a plus
• 5+ years of program contribution experience in SaaS or tech-driven companies
• Project coordination experience, preferably in utility and/or insurance industries
• Technical exposure to business platforms such as ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Office tools
• Knowledge of API implementation requirements and processes
