Job Summary

Leading the successful launch of product releases and strategic initiatives, the full-time Program Manager will ensure alignment with organizational priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate roadmap and strategic initiatives into defined programs with clear goals and success metrics
• Serve as the primary program lead for senior stakeholders, providing transparent reporting on program health
• Proactively identify and assess program risks, developing mitigation strategies and leading root cause analysis for major issues

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on project or program management experience
• Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Experience in technology, product, or services environments preferred
• PMP, PMI, or ACP certification considered an asset
