Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving strategic initiatives in a remote environment, the full-time Program Manager will orchestrate complex programs from conception through execution, ensuring seamless delivery of integrated real estate services while collaborating with diverse teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact initiatives, ensuring contracted delivery and KPIs are met
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and resource allocation strategies using standardized methodologies
• Facilitate collaboration between regional directors, internal teams, and client representatives to ensure integrated service delivery

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of proven program or project management experience in corporate environments
• Proficiency in project management software and data visualization tools, with advanced skills in Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience managing a portfolio of initiatives focused on service delivery optimization and large-scale account strategy
• Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed organizational structures
