Program Manager

Job Summary

To enable predictable and transparent delivery of product strategy, the full-time remote Program Manager will manage portfolio intake mechanics, planning, and governance while collaborating with product leadership and executive stakeholders to maximize outcomes and minimize risks.

Key responsibilities

• Own portfolio intake mechanics and governance, ensuring initiatives are decision-ready and sequenced effectively
• Translate product roadmaps into integrated portfolio delivery plans and conduct capacity modeling and scenario analysis
• Maintain visibility into portfolio health and ensure decisions are documented, tracked, and acted upon consistently

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or a related discipline or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in program management, portfolio management, or strategy enablement
• Proven experience operating at a portfolio or enterprise level across multiple initiatives and teams
• Strong analytical capabilities, including capacity modeling and investment tradeoff analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project) and planning/portfolio tooling
