Program Manager

Job Summary

Serving as the senior delivery leader for a federal program, the remote Program Manager will hold overall accountability for contract performance, team coordination, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring quality outcomes across all program workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee contract delivery, quality, and stakeholder communication across all program workstreams
• Coordinate across program teams to ensure alignment and delivery of quality outcomes to the agency
• Manage contractual obligations, ensuring compliance, timely execution, and budget adherence

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant program management experience and a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
• 4+ years of experience managing technology service delivery projects in a federal contracting environment
• Proven ability to manage all aspects of program performance across multiple concurrent workstreams
• PMP certification required or strongly preferred
• Agile certification required or strongly preferred (SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent)
