Managing enterprise-level programs, the full-time remote Program Manager will oversee complex initiatives, provide strategic oversight, and lead multiple project teams to deliver high-impact outcomes aligned with business and customer goals.

Key responsibilities

• Managing multiple large-scale, high-complexity projects and providing strategic guidance to project teams
• Influencing resource allocation and operational priorities while driving governance and successful program delivery
• Leading stakeholder engagement and ensuring adherence to established standards and quality assurance processes

Required qualifications

• Proven experience managing enterprise-level projects or programs
• PMP certification
• 7+ years of project or program management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in healthcare technology, hospital systems, or related fields
