Program Manager

Job Summary

To support various Maximo-related programs, the remote Program Manager will lead enterprise initiatives including the Retail Warranty Service Bill Back and Corporate Coordinated Model, ensuring program delivery, vendor engagement, and financial alignment over a 6-month contract-to-hire period.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Maximo program roadmap, delivery cadence, and cross-functional coordination across IT, business operations, and Finance/Accounting
• Engage with IBM and hardware vendors to drive accountability, track deliverables, and ensure SLAs are met
• Partner with Finance and Accounting to ensure compliance, cost transparency, and alignment with audit and control requirements

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in program management within enterprise technology
• Demonstrated success managing large vendors, with IBM experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Maximo, EAM platforms, or ERP adjacent systems
• Strong financial literacy and comfort working with Finance/Accounting teams
• Proven ability to operate in matrixed organizations with multiple executive stakeholders
