Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the modernization of the U.S. Census Bureau's systems, the full-time hybrid Program Manager will provide technical and management leadership, establish program goals and plans, and oversee contract execution and performance for geospatial initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall program and project management across issued task orders
• Establish program goals, plans, and governance structures aligned with project objectives
• Direct and control contract execution, including financial management, staffing, and operational methods

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technical and management leadership on major technology assignments
• Experience with financial management, staffing, and directing project activities
• Expert-level domain knowledge in the geospatial industry
• Strong program and project management leadership skills
• Experience using Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling tools
