Job Summary

Providing technical and management leadership for the Decennial Transformation and Application Modernization (DTAM) project, the full-time Program Manager will oversee program execution, governance, compliance, and financial management in a hybrid work environment, interfacing with Government stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and control program activities, including financial management, staffing, and compliance with contract requirements
• Establish goals and governance structures aligned with project objectives and manage integrated planning and scheduling
• Develop and manage program documentation, oversee quality control, and execute operational readiness activities

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in program and project management leadership roles
• Experience providing technical and management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments
• Proven track record in financial management and staffing for client projects
• Demonstrated decision-making experience with critical impact on project implementation
• Expert-level technical and domain knowledge in program and project management
