Job Summary
To support enterprise-wide development initiatives, the remote Program Manager will design, deliver, and enhance scalable learning programs that improve employee capability, engagement, and retention while collaborating with business leaders and HR to align strategies with organizational priorities.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and deliver enterprise learning and development programs to support employee growth and career progression
- Lead onboarding and continuous learning programs to enhance employee engagement and performance
- Develop and track key program metrics to measure adoption, engagement, and business impact
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related fields
- 3+ years of experience leading large-scale programs impacting 500+ employees
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing end-to-end learning programs
- Experience partnering with senior leaders to align development strategies with business priorities
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs with measurable business impact
