Job Summary

Proactive and detail-oriented, the full-time remote Program Manager will oversee multiple cross-functional projects, ensuring successful planning, coordination, and execution while driving strategic initiatives that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning and execution from inception to completion, transforming concepts into successful outcomes
• Monitor project progress, set deadlines, and ensure teams meet and exceed expectations
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams and department heads to foster a cooperative work environment

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in contemporary web tools and technologies such as Zapier, Linear, and Google Docs
• Prior experience in project management or product management with a focus on problem-solving
• Strong organizational skills and analytical thinking with a pragmatic approach
• Ability to adapt and manage various tasks while prioritizing effectively
