Job Summary
Driving client retention and growth, the full-time remote Program Manager will manage strategic accounts, develop account plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Execute strategic account plans focused on client retention, growth, and expansion
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors and stakeholders of the program
- Proactively identify client needs and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Magnit solutions and services
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of experience in program management, client services, or enterprise account delivery
- Proven track record of driving revenue and services growth on large, complex Enterprise accounts
- Experience in building and nurturing long-term, strategic client relationships
- Background in staffing, HR, consulting, or contingent workforce industries
