Job Summary

To support data center build initiatives, the remote Program Manager Tech 4 will lead end-to-end procurement processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage supplier relationships while working West Coast hours.

Key responsibilities

• Lead procurement processes for Long Lead Equipment, including RFP, award, and contract execution
• Coordinate with teams to align technical design, scope, and schedule for data center construction projects
• Manage supplier performance and relationships to ensure timely project delivery

Required qualifications

• 8-10+ years of program management experience with a proven ability to lead new or undefined initiatives
• Engineering background (electrical or mechanical) with commercial experience preferred
• Demonstrated negotiation and procurement experience
• Ability to work independently and think critically in ambiguous environments
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
