Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading IT Operations for the Department of Homeland Security, the full-time Program Manager will oversee multi-disciplinary teams delivering hybrid cloud management and IT services, serving as the primary contact for government representatives while ensuring contract performance and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Government-facing point of contact for all contract deliverables and performance metrics
• Direct day-to-day program operations across Systems Engineering and IT Operations & Maintenance workstreams
• Manage program financials, staffing plans, and resource allocation while facilitating monthly performance reviews with DHS leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of federal IT program management experience, including 5 years managing programs of similar size and scope within DHS or a comparable federal agency
• Demonstrated experience managing IT programs in hybrid cloud environments and federal IT operations
• Proven track record in managing workforce transitions and performance management frameworks
• Familiarity with DHS acquisition processes and federal IT compliance requirements
