Driving cross-functional alignment, the full-time remote Program Manager will oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring financial accuracy, scope management, and execution readiness while facilitating communication across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Attend client meetings and onboarding sessions to establish priorities and timelines
• Track program health, identify blockers, and manage scope changes before execution
• Own structured program status reporting and maintain visibility into risks and commitments

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in program management or related cross-functional roles
• Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholder expectations
• Exceptional organizational discipline and documentation habits
• Experience using project management or collaboration systems
