Job Summary

To enable strategic execution across departments, the full-time remote Program Manager will manage a portfolio of projects and tickets, ensuring alignment with business goals while overseeing resource allocation and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain roadmaps to translate organizational vision into programmatic strategy
• Oversee project teams and ensure adherence to project goals and standard operating procedures
• Analyze program-level performance and implement improvements for time efficiency and cost savings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, or relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in program or project management
• 5-7 years of experience managing a team
• Proficiency in Excel and project management tools
• Demonstrated analytical skills, including business trend analysis and forecasting
