Program Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the end-to-end implementation of retirement capabilities, the remote contract Program Manager will manage account onboarding, funding, and partner handoffs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive customer-centric retirement experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end integration of retirement partners, including APIs and onboarding flows
• Support cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Tax, Legal, and Compliance
• Develop and manage project plans aligned to the partnership roadmap and track risks related to technical integration and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in mobile app development or migration projects
• Demonstrated experience managing third-party partnerships and technical integrations
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Asana
