Program Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the mid-level Program Manager will analyze user behavior and feedback to create actionable content strategies, driving engagement and improving content systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior, telemetry, and feedback to identify trends and opportunities
• Translate insights into actionable content plans and live operations schedules
• Drive live content planning and execution while partnering with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience in data analysis and insight generation
• Experience working with structured content systems and large-scale output quality assurance
• 1 to 2 years of experience with generative AI tools and evaluating AI-generated content
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn ambiguous input into clear direction
• Experience with live operations or content planning is a plus
