Program Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried Program Manager will create high-quality program materials, manage launch execution, and track/report on program financials while collaborating with team members to ensure a superior client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Manage program financials, including invoicing and reconciliation, while achieving billable utilization targets
• Provide feedback and guidance to junior program management team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, or PMI Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) / Project Management Professional (PMP)
• 4+ years of project management experience, with demonstrated complex program management experience
• Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, particularly in product launch/commercialization
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, along with familiarity with project management tools
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with effective meeting facilitation abilities
