Program Manager

Job Summary

Supporting critical projects in incident management and platform modernization, the remote Program Manager Tech 2 will manage client interfaces, provide project schedules, and create functional specifications while collaborating with global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Interface with clients on technical matters from project initiation through delivery
• Provide program and project schedules along with status reports
• Create functional specifications, requirements, and scope documents to guide project implementation

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2-4 years' experience with technical tools such as Power BI, SQL, Kusto, and Active Directory
• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting
• Strong program management skills with a track record of successful project delivery
• Excellent communication skills for leading meetings and presenting to leadership
• Ability to work effectively with global engineering, product, and support teams
