Program Manager

Job Summary

Supporting strategic federal growth initiatives, the full-time remote Program Manager will manage customer engagement activities, capture management, and program oversight while serving as a trusted resource and growth leader.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer engagement, competitive positioning, and win strategy development
• Build and maintain relationships with government stakeholders and industry partners
• Coordinate across delivery, engineering, and executive leadership teams to ensure successful program execution

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of federal program management and capture management experience
• Proven success supporting or leading federal pursuits valued at $10M+
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and proposal lifecycle management
• Existing relationships within federal agencies and acquisition communities
• U.S. Citizenship required
