Job Summary

Proactive and detail-oriented, the full-time remote Program Manager will oversee multiple cross-functional projects, ensuring successful planning, coordination, and execution while driving strategic initiatives that deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project initiatives from inception to completion, transforming ideas into tangible successes through strategic execution
• Monitor project progress, set ambitious deadlines, and ensure projects exceed expectations
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams and department heads to foster an environment of clarity and cooperation

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in contemporary web tools and technologies such as Zapier, Linear, and Google Docs
• Prior experience in project management or product management with a focus on problem-solving
• Strong organizational skills with a pragmatic approach to tasks
• Ability to adapt and manage various tasks while prioritizing effectively
