Job Summary

To oversee complex operational initiatives related to partner and sales programs, the full-time contract Program Manager III will manage project deliverables, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive automation solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project deliverables, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and ensure successful project outcomes
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver programs and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and develop actionable recommendations for business outcomes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, project management, or sales operations
• Strong operational background with experience in increasing team efficiency
• Experience collaborating with technical teams, including Engineering and Product
• Advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
