Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading project management for a NOAA contracted program, the full-time remote Program Manager will ensure organizational compliance, effective coordination across teams and stakeholders, and successful execution of contract requirements and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall project management for the NOAA contracted program, ensuring contract requirements and customer commitments are met
• Serve as the primary liaison with NOAA stakeholders and manage the PMO operating cadence, including various meetings and reviews
• Establish and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule and oversee task order implementation, including scope confirmation and risk management

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management, program management, or related roles
• PMP Certification (certification number to be verified)
• Knowledge of NOAA's NWP modeling suites
• Experience managing complex programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
• Experience supporting government contracts and managing subcontractor coordination
