Job Summary

Owning the operational integrity of New Product Introduction (NPI) timelines, the part-time contract Program Manager will manage the Milestone Master tracker, hold cross-functional teams accountable, and proactively identify risks to ensure timely project delivery in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Milestone Master NPI tracker, ensuring accuracy and accountability across workstreams
• Track NPI deliverables, manage dependencies, and issue critical flags for milestones at risk of slipping
• Synthesize inputs from workstream owners into actionable decision-ready artifacts for leadership

Required qualifications

• 4-5+ years of program or project management experience at a large tech company or strategy consulting firm
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional timelines with multiple dependencies
• Experience in stakeholder management and driving accountability among senior stakeholders
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and project tracking tools
• Retail, hardware, or consumer electronics NPI experience is strongly preferred
