Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategic management and performance of assigned programs, the full-time remote Director, Program Manager will drive program profitability, oversee underwriting governance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational effectiveness and alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the financial performance of assigned programs, developing and executing strategies for profitability and growth
• Serve as the primary relationship leader with Program Administrators, establishing goals and maintaining strategic engagement plans
• Oversee underwriting guidelines and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards while leading internal and external audits

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in underwriting or market-facing roles with a proven track record of results
• Strong knowledge of the insurance industry, specifically in the P&C Programs sector
• Technical expertise in underwriting principles and practices, including experience with ISO and proprietary forms
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable business strategies
