Job Summary

Driving the day-to-day execution and operational management of the Functional Advisory team, the full-time remote Program Manager will oversee team activities, manage engagement intake, and ensure high-quality outcomes while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Functional Advisory team, ensuring clarity of priorities and delivery excellence
• Own and run the team's operating cadences, including planning sessions and engagement reviews
• Track and report on key performance indicators to assess team performance and customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Customer Success, or related customer-facing roles
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional workstreams and operational rigor
• Exceptional organizational skills to translate strategic priorities into executable plans
• PMP, PgMP, or other recognized program/project management certification preferred
