Program Manager

Job Summary

To lead and deliver SCM programs, including a major ERP integration in a complex medical supply chain environment, the full-time remote Program Manager will manage program execution, oversee a geographically dispersed team, and handle contract and budget management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and lead ERP integration and implementation while managing integration strategy across VA's fragmented supply chain
• Lead end-to-end program management for SCM, coordinating Agile delivery and maintaining program compliance with stakeholders
• Build and supervise the SCM execution team, establishing performance expectations and mentoring talent across the organization

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of federal IT program and project management experience, with a focus on major ERP integration in a medical supply chain environment
• Experience building and leading large delivery teams (50+ personnel) across multiple workstreams
• Proven federal contract and budget management experience on programs with an annual value of $25M+
• Experience integrating modern ERP and SCM platforms with legacy environments
• SAFe Agile at scale experience, including ART coordination and PI Planning
