Program Manager

Job Summary

To provide portfolio financial and contract management services, the full-time remote NIH NIAID Enabling and Advancing Technologies (NEAT) Program Manager will oversee complex project tasks, manage contractor personnel, and ensure effective delivery of services and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with customer and contractor personnel to formulate task plans and deliverables, ensuring adherence to schedules and costs
• Develop and execute program budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports for stakeholders
• Collaborate with stakeholders and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth program execution and effective management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field
• Active Public Trust or higher security clearance
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Health IT software development initiatives utilizing Agile and DevOps practices
• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Financial Management, or cloud migration initiatives
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification
