Program Manager

Job Summary

Accountable for contract performance on a significant federal engagement, the remote Program Manager will oversee program delivery, manage client relationships, and lead a team while ensuring alignment with budget and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead for all contract deliverables, milestones, and performance outcomes
• Act as the primary point of contact with government stakeholders and negotiate contract adjustments as needed
• Produce monthly Program Status Reports and coordinate incident response communications

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience in federal IT contracting
• Direct experience supporting CMS programs and owning contract performance on a federal program
• Experience managing teams of 20+ people, including subcontractors
• Proven track record managing program budgets in a federal contract environment
• Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal IT compliance frameworks
