Job Summary

Leading the planning and implementation of communications and marketing services, the full-time Program Manager will oversee the SAMHSA's 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline Awareness initiative, managing a multidisciplinary team to enhance public awareness and engagement across the United States.

Key responsibilities
  • Establish and oversee program goals, objectives, performance standards, and deliverable schedules
  • Manage program costs and budgets while ensuring contract compliance and performance metrics
  • Direct and coordinate activities across media, marketing, creative production, and outreach workstreams
Required qualifications
  • Master's degree in communications, public health, marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience in program or project management
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating large-scale communications or public awareness programs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple programs or projects simultaneously, including oversight of multidisciplinary staff
  • Familiarity with federal contract environments, including compliance and reporting requirements
