Job Summary

Supporting the end-to-end release lifecycle, the remote Program Manager Tech 3 will manage release tracking, validate requests, and coordinate timelines across cross-functional teams in a contract position.

Key responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end release lifecycle for catalog items, including intake validation and post-release activities
• Coordinate release timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders
• Define and maintain Azure DevOps (ADO) structures and tracking models for release management

Required qualifications

• Strong experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), including work item management and reporting
• 5+ years of experience in release management, program management, or technical project management
• Familiarity with process governance, workflow design, and lifecycle management
• Ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and stakeholder coordination
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
