Program Manager

Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the remote full-time Program Manager will oversee the migration of documentation systems, enhance Agile practices within engineering and product teams, and drive cross-functional collaboration to optimize product delivery and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the migration and architectural overhaul of user-facing documentation to modern, AI-optimized platforms
• Embed within engineering teams to enhance Agile practices and streamline software development lifecycle processes
• Establish communication rhythms between R&D and Go-To-Market teams to ensure alignment on product releases

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in managing complex technical programs or software delivery in a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment
• Experience with migrating documentation from legacy systems and familiarity with AI tools and workflows
• Proven ability to leverage product analytics for optimizing digital adoption and user experience
• Strong background in auditing and organizing internal resource sites like Confluence or SharePoint
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in relevant fields such as Business, Operations, or Technology Management
