Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing large-scale client programs, the full-time Program Manager will oversee delivery services, maintain client relationships, and mentor staff while ensuring quality and timeline requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery for programs supporting a strategic client
• Oversee complex workstreams including annotation, labeling, and data operations
• Implement governance frameworks and ensure delivery KPIs and quality targets are achieved

Required qualifications

• 5 - 7 years of experience in Senior Project Management, preferably in Machine Learning or Data Services
• BS or BA degree in a business or technology-related field preferred
• Experience working with hyperscale technology clients
• Deep understanding of AI/ML data operations and large-scale services delivery
• Proficiency with program management and analytics tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Tableau)
