Program Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the end-to-end execution of investment programs, the contract Program Manager will coordinate approvals, manage documentation, and track contract actions while working remotely in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with program governance and approval requirements for new programs, renewals, and changes
• Manage and execute investment programs, including contract reviews, approvals, and partner communications
• Coordinate intake, approvals, documentation, and stakeholder communications across multiple teams and workstreams

Required qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in program management and end-to-end program execution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint, as well as PDF tools
• Prior experience with Microsoft internal systems and governance tools such as CAR
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage high-volume workstreams and collaborate with cross-functional partners
