Job Summary

Managing the full execution lifecycle of integrated marketing campaigns, the mid-level Program Manager will work remotely in Canada, serving as the central coordinator between client stakeholders and internal teams while ensuring timely delivery across various marketing disciplines.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns, managing all workstreams from brief intake to final delivery
  • Own and maintain the campaign workback plan, ensuring realistic and clearly sequenced timelines are communicated to all stakeholders
  • Run stakeholder communications and status updates, proactively identifying and resolving delivery risks and blockers
Required qualifications
  • Solid experience managing integrated marketing campaign execution across multiple disciplines such as social, paid, and events
  • Proven ability to build and own structured workback plans and translate strategic briefs into actionable directions
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills with experience managing client-facing updates and risk escalations
  • Understanding of various marketing disciplines and what effective execution looks like across each
  • Experience supporting project-level budget tracking and financial administration
