Program Manager

Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for the Government, the full-time Program Manager will oversee all EFMP Respite Care Program operations, manage contract performance, and supervise personnel in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the EFMP Respite Care Program and serve as the main liaison with the Government
• Manage contract performance, compliance, quality control, and reporting requirements
• Supervise Regional Coordinators and ensure all personnel meet required qualifications and certifications

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree in a healthcare-related field and at least 5 years of progressive management experience; OR Bachelor's Degree in a related field and at least 10 years of progressive management experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting military families or similar populations
• Demonstrated experience with case management and special needs programs
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to manage nationwide operations across multiple service locations
