Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the design and ongoing ownership of new service programs, the full-time remote Program Manager will manage project development, coordinate training delivery, and ensure continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the design and development of comprehensive shared service programs, defining business requirements and success criteria
• Manage all aspects of Shared Services Projects, including communication, change management, and project reporting
• Develop training materials and resources in collaboration with the Learning and Development team, ensuring accuracy and engagement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Proven experience (5 years) in project management, preferably in technology or Business Process Outsourcing
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build consensus among stakeholders
• Experience with and knowledge of Workday is preferred
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
