Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the execution of large-scale developer programs, the full-time remote Program Manager will lead initiatives that enhance developer engagement, advocate for community needs, and drive operational excellence across cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution and iteration of breadth developer programs to reach diverse developers globally
• Advocate for developers by understanding their needs and connecting them with relevant resources and teams
• Maintain and improve processes, tooling, and documentation to ensure consistent program execution

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management, software development, or a related field, or a Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience working with technical teams, developer audiences, or open-source communities
• Experience presenting technical content at events
• Hands-on experience with Git and GitHub, and familiarity with developer workflows
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
