Job Summary

Seeking a highly collaborative and execution-focused Program Manager, the remote position will operationalize complex partner enablement programs, drive partner onboarding, and ensure consistent execution across global and regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to enhance business operations and improve efficiency
• Manage onboarding and execution planning for new partners, tracking timelines and readiness activities
• Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and execution consistency

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in program or project management, managing complex, large-scale initiatives
• Demonstrated competency or strong interest in applying AI tools and automation to improve business processes
• Experience supporting early-stage or 0-to-1 programs and effectively scaling operations
• Strong ability to connect cross-functional stakeholders and manage operational execution
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments, bringing structure to operational models
