Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading a mission-critical platform engineering program, the full-time remote Program Manager will provide strategic oversight and day-to-day management of a VA healthcare cloud application, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and performance standards under a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee strategic planning, program execution, and risk mitigation for the VA healthcare application
• Maintain transparent communication with the Contracting Officer's Representative and VA leadership regarding program status and issues
• Coordinate resource allocation, onboarding, and personnel transitions to ensure continuity of service and compliance with VA policies

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field
• 10 years of experience in program or project management, with 5 years managing complex federal IT programs
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Expertise in managing complex technical programs in an Agile SAFe environment
• Active Federal Civilian Public Trust clearance or eligibility for it
