Program Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing and coordinating large enterprise-level programs, the full-time remote Program Manager will manage stakeholder relationships, align program objectives with strategic goals, and ensure efficient project execution across multiple initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define overall program goals and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic vision
• Create and manage a comprehensive program plan, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation for all projects
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes and quality deliverables

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in project management with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs
• Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar tools
• Familiarity with IT industries and ERP/CRM technology platforms
• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred
