Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing internal business projects and programs, the full-time Program Manager will oversee vendor implementation and operations, ensuring well-documented policies and workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensures documentation of policies, workflows, program controls, and best practices for respective programs
• Manages program budgets and supports project prioritization while tracking performance metrics
• Coordinates meetings to uphold governance standards and supports portfolio management initiatives

Required qualifications:

• At least 4 years of Program and/or Project management experience or equivalent education and experience
• Operational Process Improvement experience
• Managed Care experience, preferably in a shared service or matrixed environment
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio
• Strong presentation and communication skills
