Program Manager

Job Summary

Reporting to a Program Director on the OEM Program Team, the remote Program Manager will implement strategies for assigned OEM initiatives, manage feature requests, coordinate product launches, and provide reporting to ensure overall program success.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage engineering and operations efforts, including feature requests and system updates for new model years
• Coordinate national product launches and training for various stakeholders, setting objectives and success criteria
• Provide internal and OEM reporting, including success metrics and quarterly business reviews in collaboration with the Account Management Team

Required qualifications:

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of external client management experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Understanding of standard SDLC processes and moderate skills in Excel; experience with Jira is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to clients and executive teams
• Experience providing software consulting services is a plus
