Program Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the planning and execution of data center capacity delivery, the remote full-time Program Manager will manage strategic alignment, operational governance, and stakeholder communications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Support leadership in translating priorities into execution plans and track key business decisions and risks across regions and functions
• Manage operational rhythms including staff meetings, KPI reporting, and leadership updates to ensure consistent governance and visibility into program health
• Develop executive-ready materials that synthesize complex information into actionable insights for leadership reviews and strategic discussions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in data center delivery, infrastructure programs, or program management
• Experience supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to operate in ambiguity while creating structure and accountability
