Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the successful delivery of government contracts, the full-time remote Program Manager will manage cross-functional teams, serve as the primary point of contact for clients, and ensure high-quality service delivery in compliance with contract requirements and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall program leadership and management for government contracts and task orders
• Ensure contract deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government stakeholders and client leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
• 8+ years of program or project management experience, including 5+ years managing government contracts
• 5+ years of experience supporting healthcare, health IT, CMS, or other healthcare-related government programs
• Experience managing Agile delivery teams
• US Citizenship required or be a Permanent Resident; must reside in the Continental US
