Program Manager

Job Summary

Supporting data center capacity delivery, the full-time remote Program Manager will manage strategic planning, operational excellence, and executive communications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance coordination and decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Support leadership in translating priorities into execution plans and milestones across data center delivery programs
• Track key business priorities, identify risks, and manage operational governance through reporting and metrics
• Develop executive-level materials and synthesize complex information into actionable insights for leadership reviews

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in data center delivery, infrastructure programs, or program management
• Experience supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills and ability to create executive-ready materials
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive follow-through across stakeholders
