Job Summary
Supporting the customer success organization, the remote Program Manager Tech 1 will collaborate with Customer Success Account Managers (CSAMs) to drive execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring effective communication and follow-up for project completion.
Key responsibilities
- Interface with CSAMs on technical and project matters, ensuring clear communication and follow-up for execution
- Create and maintain program schedules and status reports to effectively track project progress
- Organize cross-functional activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget constraints
Required qualifications
- Experience working with Microsoft customer-facing organizations such as CSAMs or similar stakeholder groups
- Strong stakeholder management and outreach skills, including the ability to facilitate challenging conversations
- Proficiency with Microsoft productivity tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to quickly learn new processes, initiatives, and business objectives
- Proven adaptability and flexibility in managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment
