Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing a strategic program with the Department of Veterans Affairs, the full-time remote Program Manager will oversee planning, execution, and resource management while ensuring alignment with business objectives and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and administer the contracted effort, providing direction and oversight across multiple teams and locations
• Act as the primary point of contact with the client, ensuring effective communication and timely updates
• Manage project resources, schedules, and budgets while ensuring compliance with federal regulations and contractual obligations

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant field (or a bachelor's degree with 10 years of additional relevant experience)
• 15 years of experience leading and delivering IT projects within a Federal Contracting environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of the full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Expertise in enterprise-wide network engineering and strategic information planning
• PMP Certification or similar is desired
